Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cleaning rate. This charge is non-refundable.

We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll be happy to find a new time that works for you — no charge.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required for all first-time clients and deep clean services, as these jobs require additional time and preparation.
